Self-Discovery

From the title itself, self-discovery, I'm sure you all know what I'm gonna talk about. This post is not necessarily how I found myself. It's basically about something I do in order to loosen up.
I'm gonna go straight to the point. I have this Sketch pad/s in my room, I always do ever since I was a little girl. If not a sketchpad, rims of bond papers. Yes, I'm no tree huger. I've been doing this for as long as I can remember and I just want to share it to you guys, hope it'll help you the same way it helped me.

This is my Sketch pad! I got it last night and I decided to put a sticker on it.
This is my "diary entry". My sketchpad is also my diary. It's everything all road into one. Haha. Some people are not into writing they're more into expressing themselves in doodles or quotes or song lyrics. That's what I do. So instead of getting myself a diary with all the lines in it, I get a sketchpad.
See how I express? It's quite messy and it reflects who I am, a messy person full of bright ideas. Ano daw? I'm kidding! This is what's written on the left side:
When the heel of
your foot fall straight
into the ground
walk straight up
and let the world
you live in collide
with your world
apart from reality.
It's some random thing I thought of. I try to be poetic sometimes, I'm a Literature-Major after all? I also doodle and I'm no good at it.
This page is called the "The Who am I?" page. I describe myself in this page. Or it's how I see myself.
This page has a checklist on it, see bottom right. When I grow older I want to do a lot of things. In a way, this sketchpad also serves as a vision board for me. The difference is that it's not a board! It's a sketch pad.
This page is just another page that doesn't show how creative I am. Chos! Hahaha! It's full of random ideas (again). There's another word(s) of wisdom on the left side.
In life, you can be
what you want
to be. NO ONE
can hold you
back. Yourself
is your own
ENEMY. You are
BRILLIANT
and DISTINCT!
You are just as
awesome as how
Hayley Williams bangs
her head when
she sings. It's just
a matter of finding
yourself.
Yes, I write that way. I don't like writing in stanzas.
This is full of things that has relation with The Maine! you all know how much of a fan I am. Lol. Some of the things written are lyrics from The Maine songs. Nothing is originally from me.
This is a different sketchpad! I wrote/drew on it over a year ago and I wanna share it with you guys :)
See how much of a Paramore fan I am? Haha
One of my best friends gave this to me for my 15th birthday! :) I attached it to my sketchpad.
This is what's written inside! She is that creative! Just like me. Joke lang ulit iyon! Haha
That is how I express myself, aside from blogging.
