I'm seventeen and I still have a humongous collection of Barbie dolls that I'm not gonna get rid of. I'm seventeen and I usually picture myself as a part of an international band doing rock and roll. I'm seventeen and I'm in college. I'm seventeen and I like to think of myself as a rebel and a unicorn. I'm seventeen and I have a mind of a twelve year old. There are a lot of things to do and things to say when you're seventeen.
What I love about being seventeen is that you are not yet entitled to anything great. I am allowed to hope. I am allowed to be a wishful thinker. I am allowed to be silly and goof off. I am allowed to do whatever I want and I can't really be judged because I'm only seventeen.
But you know what? Being seventeen does not entitle you to vote and drive. Sometimes, being seventeen makes you loose hope. When you are seventeen, you are supposed to think about your future. When you reach seventeen, you can be pressured to do this and try that. When you're seventeen, you take in so much pressure. When you're seventeen, you just want to give up.
I am seventeen and my life sucks sometimes but I know that everything can be fixed and not everything ends with a period. I'm seventeen and I will keep pushing myself to achieve whatever it is that I want to achieve. I am seventeen and I don't know if everything will work out.
I'm seventeen and I'm doing perfectly fine.
Word Vomit. Sorry, not sorry.
