Sometimes I can get so random and I would blog about things out of nowhere. Like right now, I'm gonna blog about TOMS! The company that designs and sells lightweight shoes based on the Argentine alpargata design (espadrille). They have this advocacy that with every product sold, TOMS will donate a pair to a person in need. I just wanna show you guys the TOMS shoes that my mom got me a few days ago. Honestly, I am a huge fan of toms even before I found out about their advocacy. Aside from getting all the fab and comfort I was also given a chance to reach out to a child in need.
This thing here is the TOMS flag. It can also be used as a pouch or a place to keep your TOMS when they're not in use. It's made of canvas which means it's also environment friendly. I have two (2) of these but I totally lost the other one.
This beauty right here is my new pair of TOMS sustainable shoes. TOMS are also vegan friendly! The uppers are made of pesticide-free cotton. Meaning it's made up of hemp and recycled plastic bottles. The sole on the other hand is made out of recycled rubber and the insides has a foot bed which makes it comfortable and breathable.
Now this is the box. It has this very unique design that makes you eager not to throw it away. The thing with the box is that it will keep you reminded about the advocacy that TOMS have.
The Advocacy. "One for One".
The box is also made from 80% recycled post consumer waste ans it's printed with soy ink.
Now here is my first pair of TOMS shoes. It's quite dirty because I use it often. I just painted Ayala Avenue with a big old smile on my face wearing these pretty shoes right here.
I forgot to take a picture of it, but every pair of TOMS also comes with a sticker for you to stick on your laptop, notebook, car, or wherever people will see it. In your little way, you can also raise awareness on the impact of a pair of shoes to the lives of many children.
P.S.
I don't get paid for this.
Everything posted here is merely an opinion and has nothing to do with the business itself
